Many people have the problem of high levels of career dissatisfaction and frustration. They don't know what other careers they might enter that will use their knowledge, skills and interests.

Through my coaching and their participation in the Life Career Planning Workshop, they identify their core work-related values, work skills, career interests and their work-related personality traits.. Knowing and using these, they see personally attractive alternative occupations and work areas.

In my FREE follow-up one-on-one coaching, they design and implement an efficient job search or discover ways to redesign their current work to better fit their skills, values and interests.

Once they get the job they want, one that fits their interests and values, and uses their knowledge and skills, they are more likely to be highly satisfied in their work and career.
