What
it is:
• It is a 6 hour course that meets for one hour per week
for 6 weeks in the Cary home office of Mike Thomas.
Who
Attends:
• 50+ like-minded people, who do not wish to retire from
life, want to choose what is next for them, expect to live longer
lives into their 90's and beyond.
• Those who want to find the answers to make their bonus
years more vibrant and meaningful.
Content:
• You will tackle attitudes and habits related to your key
issues of money, work, volunteering, travel, learning, relationships,
leisure & wellness.
• The focus is on your possibilities. You will learn important
tools to help you identify your values, choices, strengths, dreams,
and goals and do action planning.
Processes:
• Each class (less than seven participants) is a structured
facilitated discussion.
• You will examine key issues and design a Life Plan filled
with possibilities for the second half of life.
• You will explore the meaning of retirement to you: what
will change? what will remain constant? What will matter to me?
What will I do? Who will I be?
• With group support, you will be motivated to take desired
action immediately, even before completing the course.
