In my workshops and in one-on-one meetings, college
students self-assess their abilities, work values, personality
traits, college course preferences and occupational interests.
I help them match these to possible career options,
which will save them time and the additional frustration of pursuing
mistaken paths.
They learn how to acquire specific information
about relevant college majors, additional resources to explore
careers, goal setting, action planning and efficient job search
steps. This enables them to optimize their preparatory efforts.
I also present Career Planning Workshops for college
age students of employees in companies. These are presented in
company conference rooms and paid for by the employees.
