Many
lawyers have the problem of work dissatisfaction and resulting
frustration. They don't know what other occupations their education
and experience qualifies them and what careers they might enter.
Through my on-on-one meetings with them and the career assessments
they take, they identify their core work-related values, skills,
interests and personality traits. They explore alternative occupations
and work areas. They discover a better fit for themselves.
We design for them an efficient job search plan which they implement.
