Many
lawyers have a problem of work dissatisfaction and frustration.
They don't know what other careers they might enter that will
use their experience, knowledge, skills and interests --- within
and without the law profession.
Through
my one-on-one meetings with them and their participation in the
Career Planning Workshop, I help them identify their core work-related
values, key skills, professional interests and their core work-related
personality traits. They see alternative occupations and work
areas.
In
our follow-up one-on-one coaching, they design and implement an
efficient job search.
Once
they get the job they want, one that fits their interests and
values, and uses their knowledge and skills, they are more highly
satisfied in their work and career.
